We're thrilled to now offer private Bridesmaids appointments for up to 5 guests! If you plan to bring more, please let us know in advance.
Guidelines for All Appointments:
Enjoy a dedicated 2-hour bridesmaids appointment designed just for you! Upon arrival, you and your bridesmaids will be welcomed with champagne and a beautifully arranged platter to enjoy while selecting & trying on the perfect dresses. To keep everyone comfortable, we also provide water throughout your appointment.
A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment, as our stylists carefully prepare and arrange everything in advance. This fee also helps prevent no-shows and false bookings. The best part? It's fully redeemable toward your bridesmaids' order or any other purchase.
We specialise in customisable bridesmaids gowns. We can create dresses in different colours, adjust necklines, and make minor alterations to suit your bridal party. All customisations can be discussed with our stylist during your appointment.
You can have up to 10 guests during your appointment. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare and ensure your appointment is as comfortable as possible. Note that we only have 3 fitting rooms.
We offer both ready-to-wear and made-to-order dresses. While we have a limited selection of designs in-store, our customisation options are unlimited, allowing us to cater to you and your bridal party’s specific needs.
Why don’t you display the colours here?
We are currently in the process of creating new styles for our new collections. We expect to have all the colour swatches for our collections available by the end of the year online to view.
How long does it take to receive made-to-order dresses?
Made-to-order styles typically take up to 4 weeks without customisations and 6 weeks with customisations. After finalising your dress selections with our stylist, we will provide you with the pricing details. After you make a purchase, production will begin the next business day. All made-to-order dresses are shipped from our Brisbane Headquarters to you in-store or at your specified address.
Since made-to-order items usually take 4-7 weeks to be made and delivered, we recommend booking your appointment at least 2 months in advance. If you're running short on time, some items are available for rush orders (at an additional cost).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your reserved time-slot, we reserve the right to retain the $100 booking fee.
Appointment Hours:
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Final appointment to be made is at 4PM each day.
What we need from you prior to your appointment?
Our Sydney store has a limited number of dresses available for try-on and in various sizes. Prior to your appointment, we suggest providing us with a list of the dresses you’re interested in trying on, along with the sizes of your bridesmaids.
