You pay for what you get....
The dress is supposedly "custom". I guess it is in a sense, however, they won't add length to the dress (so if I'm just ordering the dress without customizing it, why does it take 3 weeks to ship?) I ordered a small, I'm 6ft tall, 24 inch waist, 36inch bust, 34 inch hips, and 36 inch inseam and it barely hits the ground barefoot. I wore 1 inch heels and had to lower the straps to make it touch the ground. I feel like the heels and model's height are inaccurate. The waist and bust fit perfectly.
They told me if I want anything altered, like simply removing the loops in the back, it add on several weeks with a significant cost. I brought it to a local seamstress, who charged only $20 USD and only took 2 days.
When I finally got the dress, there was a snag in it (see pic) also the sequins around the top are far from even (see pics). I emailed customer service the day I got it regarding the issues and never received a response. I emailed them a second time, no response.
I will say it photographs nicely.
I can't really complain sense the dress is relatively inexpensive, however, you pay for what you get.
